What is a SaaS license?
It is a license that allows you to use our technology in an unlimited way. Ideal if you need to make different campaigns during the year, you have an inhouse team that manages them and you want to save up to 40 % of the price. The plans for SaaS Licenses are set according to the average of pages views.
What happens if a month exceeds the page views of my license but not the annual total?
Nothing happens, the page views count is calculated at the end of the license. If the total of all months does not exceed the number of page views booked, no additional CPM will be billed, even if several months exceed the monthly limit.
Will I have a contact person if I have doubts?
Of course, each client will be assigned to work with one of the team members of Hitsbook with whom you can contact to solve any question from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You can also hire complementary services at any time through that same person.
Who owns the Database and the contents?
The contents will be property of the client who carries out the campaign. The Database, when the registration is made through Hitsbook’s platform, the property will be shared between Hitsbook and the client.
What if I can not purchase an annual license, but I want to do 4 or 5 UGC projects?

How long does it take to launch a campaign?
When contracting per project, the start-up time is 48h since the Hitsbook team receives the materials. In case of licenses, the client always has the creation of campaigns available, so the creation time depends on the client.
